Beyond our impressive array of certificate offerings, we have a most important focus on designing, delivering and coordinating various youth advancement and community empowerment interventions. Additionally, our focus on continuing professional development learning means we are ready and fully capable at any time to customize Capacity Building Interventions (CBI) to address individual and industry context specific needs.

Our faculty is driven by post-traditional teaching-learning ideals. As such, we are student centric, and our admissions process is devoid of focusing on restrictive entry requirements. And, our learning engagements avoid one-size-fits-all methodologies. Consistent with our focus on learning as transformation, we are primarily and mindfully focused on flexible learning pathways that will yield the attainment of value-added learning outcomes. We are dedicated to applying research guided transformational learning strategies towards ensuring that our students and training participants gain grounded understanding, affective maturity, and psychomotor effectiveness, all while realizing enhanced ability to think critically, as well as to conceptualize situation specific problem-solving solutions. Our faculty is equally dedicated to helping organizations to enhance their productivity and/or service delivery. A sustained focus, therefore, of the faculty is the design and delivery of industry centric training interventions.
